With Valentines Day right around the corner we thought we would share some of Maddy’s treat recipes so you can treat your pup to something special!
Both of the recipes are easy to make and only have a few ingredients in them. She has done a cooking class for each at Serendipity Arts Studio in Saratoga Springs.
All treats have been tested by the Impressions Pups and their friends and get 2 paws up and lots of drool!
Though both recipes are great for everyday spoiling the second recipe is a little more Valentine’s Day themed because the beets make the treats a pinkish red color, use a heart cookie cutter and you are good to go!
You can always add other tastes that your dog loves like carob, sweet potato, mint, pumpkin, or bacon.
Both of these treats have been tested by Upset the mini Dark Horse Mascot as well! He Loved them!
Both types of treats are perishable! If you are not going to feed them to your dog within a day or two keep them in the fridge or freeze them and let them have a yummy frozen snack. The longer you cook them the crispier they will be so they can be dried out to last longer in a treat jar. Just make sure they are completely cooled before storing them away.
