Emma started working at Impressions after we got to know her when she worked at Johnny’s Ice Cream and Saratoga Salsa. She fit right in with our Impressions family. During her three years here, she has worked at all of our satellite shops at Polo,the Track and SPAC. She is a really fun and witty person.
What year in school are you:
I am a sophmore (sort of) at University of Vermont in Burlington. I took a gap year to travel in Europe and had some wonderful experiences. I will be transfering to SUNY New Paltz this fall and hope to be a Camp Photographer this summer to gain some experience for my future in digital media production,
What made you want to work at IOS?
I always went into Impressions when my family came to visit from out of town and loved looking at all the neat souvenirs and artwork around the store. I was looking for a summer job and thought Impressions would be the perfect place to work!
What is your favorite hobby when not working?
I love to hike and be outdoors whenever I can! In school I am close enough to some great hiking trails and have done some multiple day hikes.
What is your favorite IOS memory or story? 
Coming home for Halloween and working during Saratoga’s Fall Fest. I love all the costumes my co-workers wore and loved playing the bean bag toss with the little kids! (Emma is on the far left!)
What is something that we may not know about you?
I’m an avid creative writer and am passionate about storytelling.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
A screenwriter/director/producer for film and television.
What is your favorite IOS product?
The Spirit Jerseys! Especially the one with the front pocket since I helped to pick the color and design. It’s great to be able to have input in the products we carry here!
What pets do you have?
I have a dog, a wheaten terrier named Eddy and two frogs.
